Exciting opportunity for an ERP Project Manager.

Client Details

My client is a fast growing and highly successful distribution business.

They are searching for an ERP Project Manager to act as the bridge between the IT team and the business, ensuring successful execution of a number of large scale system implementations (ERP and WMS).

This is a permanent role, based in Cheshire with hybrid working (3 days a week on-site).

Description

Work with business leaders to ensure IT supports their goals and solves their challenges.
Maintain strong connections with key people across the organization.
Lead IT projects from start to finish, making sure they meet business needs, stay on budget, and finish on time.
Take responsibility for key business applications, handle support at all levels, and manage third-party vendors.
Make sure IT services run smoothly and meet business expectations.
Look for new technology solutions that can boost growth and efficiency.
Help the business adapt to new technologies and processes.Profile

Solid background in both IT and business project management
Experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC6), warehouse management (SAP WM), and ERP implementation in logistics.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or similar. Master's degree or certifications (like ITIL or PMP) are a bonus, or equivalent experience.
Able to clearly explain technical ideas to non-technical people, both in writing and speaking.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on data. Skilled in business analysis.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects across departments.
