This is a newly created role where you will have full autonomy to run a global operation

Duties of the Head of Contact Centre role :

Running global teams in customer support
Managing performance
Coaching and development of teams
Managing outsourced partnersExperience for this Head of Contact Centre role

Experienced in Outsourcing and/or Financial Services
Strong background in managing contact centres#head of #contact centre #call centre manager
