As we continue to expand, we are now looking for a Traffic Management Co-Ordinator & Designer to join our team in the Midlands and Southeast, with the role based at our Tullamore or Kilkenny office.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Prepare traffic management designs for operational delivery on the ground.
* Prepare TM Designs for use in the preliminary stages for project design and evaluation of best TM options for estimating purposes on projects
* Conduct site visits and carry out surveys to support TM design decisions.
* Visit Sites and carry out Inspections and Audits on TM being delivered by our employees and sub-contractors
* Develop relationships with, manage & co-ordinate, TM subcontractors to support day-to-day needs of projects and works on site
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
* Work within allocated budgets and timelines.
* Maintain a high standard of drawing accuracy, presentation and documentation, to uphold our client-focused approach.
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal processes and workflows.
What We’re Looking For
* A Level 6 Certificate, or above, qualification in Engineering, Safety or a related field OR demonstrably equivalent experience.
* Previous experience in traffic management design and co-ordination of TM resources across multiple locations and workstreams.
* Solid relevant knowledge base and excellent communication skills.
* Strong understanding of Safety Protocols and Traffic Management as they pertain to infrastructure works on the live carriageway, footways and urban centres
* A working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and practices.
* A detail-oriented and proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
