My client are a reputable contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team based in Cork. The role specifically will initially be working on fit-out healthcare project! This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working across sectors and within a fast-paced dynamic environment.

* Internal fit-out experience

* Track record of delivering successful projects

* To be based in Cork

* Longevity in previous roles

* Multi-sector experience - residential, commercial, healthcare

Duties include:

* Manage internal fit-out projects, with a focus on hospital and healthcare settings

* Ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and timeline targets

* Comply with all regulatory and quality standards, including BC(A)R

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and design teams

* Oversee all fit-out phases

* Lead quality control efforts on site

* Ensure continuous compliance with health and safety regulations

* Create and update project schedules and progress reports using management software
