Fabricator Welder
Location: Marden, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am - 5 pm
Salary: up to £20 P/H More for self employed
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you a skilled Fabricator Welder with at least five years of experience in the industry? Do you have expertise in MIG and TIG Welding? If so, we have an exciting opportunity that could be perfect for you!
Our client, a leading steel fabrication and engineering company based in Marden, is looking for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join their innovative and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for welding and fabrication to take on diverse projects in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform fabrication and welding tasks on mild steel and stainless steel projects.
* Work on vessels, pipework, platforms, and walkways.
* Produce high-quality welds using MIG and TIG welding techniques.
* Read and interpret technical drawings to carry out fabrication tasks with precision.
* Collaborate closely with the team to meet project deadlines and ensure high standards of workmanship.
Person Specification:
* Minimum five years of hands-on experience in fabrication.
* Expertise in light and heavy sheet metalwork, structural, and architectural fabrication.
* Ability to work confidently from drawings and utilise workshop equipment.
* Prior experience working through agencies is an advantage.
