My client are currently looking to recruit an experienced maintenance engineer to join their site on the outskirts of Glasgow. You will be working with a successful manufacturer that has recently experienced an impressive investment and upturn in sales.

This role is based on a rotating shift pattern (early, back, night) - 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 & 22:00 - 06:00.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Undertaking planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns
Electrical fault finding
Fault finding on PLC systems
General electrical / mechanical maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities
Working closely with the process engineering and quality engineering teams
Supporting colleagues with project workQualifications and Experience:

A time served apprenticeship
Experience of maintenance gained in the manufacturing sector
Experience of fault finding on PLC systems
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
