Rugby - Office based
37 hours per week - 8am – 4.30pm Mon-Thurs (30 min lunch) /8am – 1pm Friday
Temporary 6-7 months - maternity cover
£25,908 - £26,262 per annum (£13.46 - £13.65 per hour)
Our client, a reputable company based in Rugby, are looking for a customer service professional to join their small, busy team in Rugby on a maternity cover basis.
The key responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator:
* Focussing on customer needs and satisfaction providing quotes, order processing, confirmations, packing requirements, pricing, forecasting whilst delivering high standard of customer service. Most customer service is done via email.
* Managing customer enquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively and escalate as required being first line response.
* Monitoring customers’ orders in line with delivery requirements effectively to meet department and organisational goals.
* Liaising with internal departments Sales, Warehouse, Quality, Finance and controlling teams and project stakeholders to achieve the best outcome.
* Analysing data to anticipate and avoid potential problems and suggest improvements.
* Conducting regular analysis of product lifecycle, competitor activities and new market opportunities.
* Producing weekly analysis reports e.g. forecasting, customer & market trends to internal and external stakeholders.
The key requirements for a Customer Service Administrator:
* Proven customer support experience in an office setting
* Experience using SAP
* Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Suite
* Strong verbal and written communication, with excellent interpersonal skills
* Previous experience working with CRM systems and Excel
