Are you ready to take charge and lead the way in contract management at Airbus UK? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Contract Manager to join our team and ensure the seamless delivery of contract management services across our UK sites. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for excellence, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and Deliver: Work closely with Site Leads and UK commodity leads to ensure contract deliverables, including KPI analysis, SCM governance implementation, best practices, and continuous improvement at all levels.
Supplier Management: Complete supplier KPIs in line with contractual obligations and Airbus processes and procedures. Manage change control and monitor change controls effectively.
Performance Management: Support the development of contracts through performance management, whether new, revised, or novated. Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual supplier reviews.
Central Point of Contact: Serve as the UK focal point for the Central FM&RE SCM, interfacing with site teams and finance to ensure budget management, risk capture, and opportunities.
Reporting: Ensure the completion of weekly and monthly reporting to meet identified customer requirements.
Tender Leadership: Lead any UK tenders within the services perimeter and integrate new sites or service requirements aligning with FM&RE UK strategy.
Service Provider Management: Provide leadership, direction, and subject matter knowledge within your area of responsibility. Manage the service provider to agreed KPIs in line with contractual obligations and Airbus processes.Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence
