Customer Service Agent - Office-Based (Caerphilly)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 12-month temporary contract (potential to extend or go permanent)
Location: Caerphilly (office-based for the first 6 months, with a slight possibility of hybrid working thereafter)
Pay Rate: £12.20 - £13.00 per hour
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts starting between 8:00-10:00 AM
Interview Format: Face-to-face interview onsite

What You'll Be Doing:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

Providing accurate information on products, services, and procedures.

Processing orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Logging all interactions in the CRM system.

Minimum Requirements:

GCSE or equivalent level education

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience using customer service software

Preferred Experience:

Previous contact centre or customer-facing experience

Able to type at least 25 WPM

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting

Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability

Please Note:

Candidates must be available to work shift patterns (starting between 8:00-10:00 AM).

This is a full-time, office-based position for the first 6 months.
