* Combination of days and twilight shifts

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our food manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control measures while optimising productivity.

Responsibilities

* Supervise daily production activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

* Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.

* Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

* Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections to maintain operational efficiency.

* Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

* Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance to management.
