Production Operator
Temporary to Permanent
Newtown
£12.21 per hour
40 Hours Per Week
8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
Overtime Opportunities Available
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operator to join a busy manufacturing team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This hands-on role will focus on packing, boxing, and quality inspection of finished products in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Packing and boxing finished goods to company standards

Inspecting products for quality, damage, and consistency

Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch

Maintaining a clean and organised production area

Following health and safety guidelines

Supporting team members and assisting the shift supervisor as required

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the shift

Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or packing role is beneficial

Good communication skills and a positive attitude
