We are looking for a Deputy Nurse Manager, on behalf of a reputable nursing, dementia, and residential home in Southport. This full-time, permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and make a difference in elderly care.

As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will:
Manage a team of Nurses and Care staff.
Assist the Home Manager in running the service.
Train and coach staff to ensure high standards of care.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Work mainly supernumerary hours, Monday to Friday,
Be flexible to cover on the floor when needed - occasional shiftsPackage and Benefits:
