What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service.
Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
organise and allocate daily tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage inventory and equipment maintenance to ensure all cleaning supplies are available and in good condition.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address any specific cleaning needs.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to cleaning schedules and inspections.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of cleaning protocols and infection control measures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team while maintaining a positive work environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
