Join Burlington’s Corporate Human Resources team as an Human Resources Coordinator! The HR Coordinator will provide support for the overall HR function and various HR Programs, Special Projects, and Initiatives. This role will provide some administrative support to the SVP of Corporate HR and the Corporate HR department.

Provide administrative support to the Corporate HR department

Maintain accurate company organizational charts as well as tracking all corporate status changes and completing payroll adjustments as required

Track associates Paid Time Off and manage edits weekly in the timekeeping system

Create and edit business correspondence, presentations, project plans, reports and analytical data

Assist with inquiries and provide information to internal and external clients related to HR policies and procedures

Positively demonstrate the company’s Core Values by developing trust and respect among peers and management, working in teams and partnering with others through collaborative work ethics, and driving business results by placing a high priority on detail and accuracy to successfully complete all tasks

Support HR projects as assigned as well as assist with HR programs throughout the company

Manage calendar and coordinate small and large scale meetings/activities and send any necessary communications on behalf of the SVP of Corporate HR


Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience supporting multiple managers or business units

Experience supporting multiple managers or business units

Human Resources or Retail industry experience (preferred)
