Morson Talent are currently recruiting for an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to work on the behalf of one of our reputable Aerospace clients based in Motherwell. This role is a contract until December 2025.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans and designs manufacturing processes in industrial plant.
Maximizes efficiency by analysing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization.
Determines parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

SKILLS/EXPEREICNE REQUIRED
May require a bachelors degree in engineering and related experience and able to show proven capabilities in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

40 hours per week.
Pay rate: On application.
