Trainee Laboratory Analyst – Grantham – £25,000 – £26,000 PA

Trainee Laboratory Analyst’s Key Responsibilities:

Working as part of a dedicated laboratory and sampling team
Perform analytical tests and visual assessments on food based products and samples.
Accurately record and report analytical data in line with company standards.
Support testing of intake samples at export facilities when required.
Carry out general lab duties such as cleaning, storing samples, and maintaining lab equipment.   
Skills & Experience Required as a Trainee Laboratory Analyst:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment such as a laboratory or port.
Good time management and self-discipline, with the ability to work independently.
Excellent mathematical skills with a keen eye for numerical trends and data
Must have a full UK driving license and access to a car as some travel is required with the role
