Description

We have an opportunity for a QA/QC Engineer with a mechanical and piping bias - with experience in the Pharmaceutical industry,
- Initial 12 month contract
- Site Based in Denmark

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Control:

* Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for mechanical and piping systems.

* Conduct inspections and tests on piping fabrication, installation, welding, and pressure testing.

* Ensure compliance with ASME, ASTM, ISO, and project-specific standards.

* Review and approve method statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and material submittals.

Documentation & Reporting:

* Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and test records.

* Support the preparation and review of turnover dossiers and final quality documentation.

* Participate in audits and ensure traceability of materials and welds.

Coordination & Communication:

* Liaise with construction teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve quality issues.

* Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel on quality-related matters.

* Attend QA/QC meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Safety:

* Ensure all work is performed in accordance with GMP, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

* Support validation and commissioning teams during system handover and qualification phases.
