We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused Product & Customer Services Manager to join a forward-thinking business within the Passive Fire Protection industry.

If you’re detail-driven, technically confident, and thrive in a collaborative environment – we’d love to hear from you.

This is a pivotal role in a company that’s seen rapid growth and invested heavily in innovation, technology, and its people. You’ll lead a small but dedicated team, manage day-to-day customer service operations, and play a vital role in supporting new products from development through to market launch.

About the role

* You’ll lead, coach and develop a dedicated customer service team

* Oversee the full product lifecycle from development to launch

* Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams (Sales, Technical, Marketing, Development)

* Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all channels

* Support technical queries and interpret product data sheets

* Coordinate and manage technical documents and compliance

About you

* Experience in customer support within passive fire protection, technical textiles, or construction is hugely beneficial

* The ability to interpret technical specs, test data, and compliance documents

* Proven leadership in technical, safety-critical environments

* Experience of managing products from development to market launch

* Knowledge of fire safety standards and certification processes

* Confident using CRM and operational systems to manage service workflows

* Able to collaborate across multiple teams – technical, commercial, and operations
