Mane is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Project Manager with a background in building projects to join a high-performing project team in London.
Specialising in Critical Environments-including Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, High Value Manufacturing, and Critical Logistics-this organisation offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects with blue-chip clients in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Purpose of the Role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the construction programme alongside the Contracts Manager, ensuring milestones are achieved.

Determine and allocate staffing resources; communicate clearly and effectively with the project team.

Implement and uphold site safety procedures, fostering a strong safety culture.

Maintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor and control project costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and tight control of prelims/packages.

Collaborate with the commercial team to achieve agreed financial goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives, keeping them informed of progress, claims, and any delays.

Candidate Requirements

Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years' experience in construction, with strong experience in structural and civil works.

Experience in Data Centre projects is a distinct advantage.

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Strong planning skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.

Excellent numeracy and report writing abilities.

Skilled at managing stakeholder relationships and driving positive outcomes.

Commercially aware with a solutions-driven mindset.

Proficient in MS Office, Project, or other scheduling software.
