Temporary Domestic Gas Engineer - Social Housing (London)
Up to £24 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)
Initial 3-month contract - potential to go permanent
Van & fuel card provided | Mobile role across London

We're currently recruiting a Domestic Gas Engineer to join our client's team on a temporary basis, working across several social housing contracts in London (Canning Town, Brockley, and Myatt's Field).
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out boiler servicing (CP12s), fault finding, and breakdown repairs in occupied residential properties
Perform routine maintenance on gas-fired central heating and hot water systems
Identify and rectify faults during visits where possible
Complete CP12 certificates for compliant systems
Replace heating and hot water components as required (e.g., control boards, pipework, radiators)Requirements:

In-date Domestic ACS Qualifications, including:
CCN1 (Core Domestic Gas Safety)
CPA1 (Combustion Performance Analysis)
CENWAT (Boilers and Water Heaters)
CKR1 (Cookers)
HTR1 (Fires and Wall Heaters)
Full UK driving licence (manual)
Maximum 6 points, and no driving bans in the past 5 years
Experience working in social housing preferredWhat's on offer:
