Quality Assurance Technologist (Nights 4 on 4 off)
Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional looking to join a well-established, growing food manufacturer? Our client is a market-leader with over 100 years of expertise, and due to continued success, they are expanding their QA team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in food production, a passion for high standards, and the confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Quality Assurance Technologist Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all production paperwork is completed accurately and in real time
* Maintain audit-ready site and product documentation
* Carry out compliance checks on equipment (temperature probes, scales, fridges etc.)
* Conduct GMP, Glass & Hard Plastic and Fabrication audits across the site
* Complete PQE sessions to verify product safety, quality and customer requirements
* Lead sampling, swabbing and investigations into non-conformances
* Act as the CCP expert on-site, delivering training and validating understanding
Quality Assurance Technologist Person's Specification
* Minimum 2 years' experience in food manufacturing
* Level 2 HACCP & Food Safety qualification
* Strong attention to detail and confident decision-maker
* Ability to work night shifts on a 4 on / 4 off schedule
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach

* Salary £32k PA
