Job Title: QAQC Lead

📍 Location: Finland
🕓 Start Date: ASAP
🗓️ Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
💶 All-In Rate: €800 per day
📅 Contract Duration: 12 months +

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead to join our team on a major data centre project in Finland. The project is entering a busy phase, and we require an additional on-site Quality professional to provide leadership, ensure compliance with standards, and support the delivery of a world-class facility.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of quality assurance on site.
Coordinate with construction, mechanical, electrical, and CSA teams to ensure compliance with project standards.
Chair and contribute to quality-related meetings with project stakeholders.
Oversee quality documentation, inspections, and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain best practices across all quality processes.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in a QA / Quality Management role within large-scale construction or data centre projects.
Strong MEP background, with working knowledge of CSA, mechanical, electrical, and general construction disciplines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills - confident in leading meetings and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of construction documentation and reporting systems.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.
