* Oversee risk assessments, method statements, COSHH compliance, and safe systems of work.

* Manage incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

* Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training to promote best practices.

* Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams to integrate HSE into all aspects of project delivery.

Key Requirements:

* Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or a related discipline.

* Minimum 3 years’ experience managing HSE on large-scale construction projects (data centre or industrial preferred).

* Strong working knowledge of EU and Finnish HSE legislation.

* Proven track record in leadership, auditing, and implementing proactive safety measures.

* Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

* EU Passport or Right to Work in Finland.

Package & Benefits:

* €100,000 – €110,000 salary

* Accommodation provided

* Rotation schedule + travel included

* €1,000 net living allowance per month

* Long-term project (multi-year pipeline)

* Structured career progression within a European market leader
