Active Staff are pleased to be representing a prestigious well known company in Andover, They are currently expanding there team and looking to add a CNC setter/operator to engineer components within Aerospace & defence on a night shift.

If you have operated a 3 or 5 axis mill or lathe this could be a fantastic opportunity to develop further with on the job training!!

The benefits for the CNC Operator once permanent:

* 25 days holiday + BH with increase with length of service

* £15 - £22ph (DOE)

* 6:30pm – 6:30am Monday to Thursday

The role of the CNC Operator:

* Operate CNC machines, including milling and turning, to produce high-quality components.

* Apply basic mathematical skills to measure and calculate dimensions accurately.

* Quality checking components ready for despatch

* Loading and unloading machinery

* Adhering to health and safety

The person for the CNC operator:

* Enthusiastic and reliable

* Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

* Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

* Happy to work on a night shift

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months
