We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Commercial Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Commercial Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Ashford area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Commercial Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Benefits:

Basic Salary up to £30,000
OTE £37,400
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
1 in 4 Saturdays, 08:00 – 13:00pm

A working experience within a Service Advisor role
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareDuties of role:

To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate. Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
Manage the handover and administration of loan vehicles. Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.
Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.
Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the business.For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £30000 with OTE of circa £37400.
