Job Summary and Qualifications:



 



The Division Real Estate Property Manager is responsible for the management of all Mission Health properties, contributes to the delivery of strategic and operational objectives by assisting with reducing facility costs and improving productivity, revenue generating capacity and image of the entire organization and provides a safe and efficient working environment, essential to the performance of the hospital.



 



What qualifications you will need:



 



Required Education: Bachelors degree or threes years of real estate / property management / facilities management



 



Required Experience: At least three years of real estate / property management / facilities management or related field in facilities management. Experience in business management, and/or operations services in both soft and hard facilities operation services. Competencies Communication proficiency, problem solving/analysis leadership skills, teamwork orientation, time management skills, customer focus, financial acumen, ability to prioritize, and effectively manage a team of professionals, including both internal and external team.
