Description

Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a state-of-the-art bodyshop in the Whitstable area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern, well-equipped workshop that takes pride in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately assess vehicle damage using Audatex or similar estimating systems.

*

Prepare and submit repair estimates to insurance companies.

*

Liaise with customers, technicians, and insurers to ensure smooth communication throughout the repair process.

*

Deliver a high standard of customer service and maintain professional working relationships.

*

Ensure all repairs meet the required safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

*

ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification preferred.

*

Proven experience as a VDA / Estimator in a busy bodyshop environment.

*

Strong communication and organisational skills.

*

Proficiency with Audatex estimating systems.

*

Ability to work efficiently as part of a team with excellent attention to detail.

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
