About the Role

We’re looking for two skilled Level 3 Vehicle Technicians to join a busy franchised dealership workshop in Bishop’s Stortford. If you’re reliable, technically strong, and enjoy working on modern vehicles to manufacturer standards, this role offers scope to develop further with full brand training, EV/Hybrid support and overtime possibilities.

Key Responsibilities

*

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic faults to manufacturer and dealer standards

*

Perform servicing, maintenance, clutch / cam belt / gearbox / engine work

*

MOT prep / carry out tests if qualified (Class 4 preferred but not essential)

*

Support vehicle health checks, PDI for new cars, and used vehicle inspections and repairs

*

Maintain accurate job records and ensure safety & quality controls are met

What We’re Looking For

*

NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

*

Strong experience working in a dealership or high-volume workshop

*

Good diagnostic skills with ability to follow technical documentation and use diagnostic tools/software

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Flexibility, good team-working, and willingness to adapt to new technologies (EV, hybrid)

Salary & Benefits

*

Basic salary £32,000 – £47,000, depending on experience & qualifications

*

On-target earnings (OTE) and potential bonus/overtime to push earnings higher

*

Holiday entitlement, pension contributions, training & brand accreditation included
