Field Service Engineer - Coffee & Vending Equipment
Location: Central Scotland | Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

Escape Recruitment are seeking a Field Service Engineer on behalf of our client to install, maintain, and repair a variety of coffee and vending machines across West Lothian, Fife & Edinburgh. You'll be field-based, ensuring customers receive reliable service and minimal downtime, with full support from our technical team.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair coffee & vending equipment
Diagnose and fix electrical/mechanical faults
Perform preventative maintenance
Manage parts and service records
Provide excellent customer supportWhat We're Looking For

Strong electrical & mechanical skills
Full UK driving licence
Customer-facing service experienceDesirable

Coffee/vending service experience
City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Electrical/Mechanical
Confident communicator with a passion for great serviceBenefits

28 days holiday (increasing with service)
