Are you ready to lead innovation in aerospace and defence technologies?
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Aerospace to drive the growth, strategy, and performance of a leading Aerospace Business Unit.

About the Role
As Head of Aerospace, you will define and implement the division’s strategic vision—delivering cutting-edge aerospace systems from concept to certification, production, and beyond. You will play a pivotal role in securing new projects, building high-performing teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic growth, business development, and client acquisition.

*

Oversee end-to-end aerospace program lifecycles—design, development, certification, production, and support.

*

Drive innovation in advanced composites, AI integration, sustainable solutions, and defence technologies.

*

Ensure compliance with international aerospace standards (FAA, EASA, DoD, ITAR).

*

Manage budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder relationships.

*

Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class engineering and project management team.

*

Represent the organisation at industry events and strengthen client and partner relationships.

What We’re Looking For

*

10+ years’ senior leadership experience in developing sales and new business in aerospace, defence, or advanced composites.

*

Strong understanding of aerospace production processes.

*

Proven track record in delivering complex aerospace projects.

*

Charismatic communicator and effective negotiator.

*

Results-driven leader, able to inspire and deliver in a multicultural environment.

*

Formal qualifications relevant to aerospace or engineering.
