One of the UK’s outstanding and most reputable homecare franchises is recruiting for a new Registered Manager to support with their growth into Monmouth, Southeast Wales. This company are seen as the standout company in the sector when it comes to quality care – specialising in premium homecare to private customers.
 
You will be supported from a passionate and longstanding leadership team currently based at their office in Newport. They are seeking someone with a strong drive, passion for quality care and a background in homecare management.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Day to day management of a homecare service in the Monmouth area
Ensure the service operates in full compliance with CIW regulations and standards.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
Drive the growth and development of the service, focusing on private clients
Monitor and manage performance metrics to achieve operational and financial goals.
Requirements:

Proven experience in managing domiciliary care services or similar setting
Experience working closely with a variety of different client groups
In-depth knowledge of CIW regulations and compliance.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or working towards
A team-oriented leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
