Description

IAC Supply Lead required for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Germany

Responsibilities / Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree , preferably in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or other technical education
Minimum 3 years of experience in submarine power cable supply projects
Good understanding of Submarine cable design and
Industry standards like IEC and CIGRÉ
Familiarity with interface coordination across offshore substations, wind turbines, and installation teams
Proven ability to lead technical scope and contract execution for inter-array cable systems
Experience in negotiating Cable Supply Agreements and managing service contracts
Skilled in risk management, including HAZID, HAZOP, and HIRA processes
Strong leadership skills to mentor a team of cable supply engineers
Knowledge of environmental and safety-by-design principles
