Customer Success Executive– Office Based – £25,000 to £35,000

The Role:

You’ll be the heartbeat of the Customer Success team – the go-to person for all enquiries, orders, and customer interactions. From smaller orders to big-ticket projects, you’ll handle it all with flair and care.

* Manage customer communication across email, phone, WhatsApp, and live chat.

* Process orders with precision and speed.

* Work closely with the projects team to keep everything running smoothly and on time.

* Bring warmth and personality back into customer service – no robotic replies here!

* Join a small but mighty team of four, connected with a wider family of 10-12 colleagues.

* Enjoy a flexible, friendly office environment with core hours roughly 7/8 am to 4/5 pm, and early finish on Fridays at 3 pm.

Who You Are:

* A superstar communicator with excellent phone and email manners.

* Obsessed with detail and delivering the best customer experience.

* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and loves finding better ways to do things.

* Bonus points if you know a bit about construction – but it’s not essential!

* A self-motivated, vibrant personality who’s ready to step up and shine.
