Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution

Valid nursing license/registration

Minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU nursing

Strategic

Contribute to nursing practice improvement initiatives and protocol development.
*
Promote staff engagement, patient satisfaction, and quality of care.
*
Support nurse empowerment through the Professional Practice Model.
Operational

Provide high-quality, age-appropriate nursing care, particularly in complex cases.
*
Guide junior staff, manage workflows, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
*
Meet Level 3 Clinical Advancement Program criteria annually.
*
Respond effectively to emergencies using critical thinking and clinical skills.

Perform accurate nursing procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Educate and support patients and families, including promoting breastfeeding per Saudi MoH guidelines
