Strategic

Contribute to initiatives improving nursing practices and patient safety.

Assist in developing protocols for operational efficiency.

Promote staff engagement, excellent patient experience, and high-quality care.

Support the Nursing Professional Practice Model to empower nurses.

Operational

Deliver high-quality care, especially in complex cases.

Manage workflows, optimize resources, and mentor junior staff.

Ensure protocol adherence and contribute to patient outcome evaluation.

Fulfill Level 3 Clinical Advancement Program activities annually.
