A national market leading building & civil engineering contractor based on a core of traditional values and investment in people operating across a number of sectors including Education, Retail, Leisure, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial and Infrastructure with typical project values ranging from £20m up to £300m+

The Role

As a MEP Quantity Surveyor, located in the South of England, you will need to be a huge contribution to a large new build project. You will need to have decorated experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with all-round commercial awareness, focusing on the financial aspects covering a wide range of sectors.

Duties

Cost Tracking
Manage Tendering
Manage Procurement
Perform Risk Assessments
Manage Contract Administration
Management of subcontract packages
Perform Labour, Plant and material analysis
