Associate/Senior Associate Building Surveyor | £71K – £87K + Bonus + Package

📍 London, City | Permanent | Consultancy

Great opportunity for an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to work across a broad range of commercial refurbishments and ESG focused projects, giving you the chance to work with high profile clients and some of the company’s key stakeholders.

💼 Your Role

* Focus on professional building surveying instructions (LTA’s, dilapidations, RCA’s, contract administration etc.) within key sectors such as industrial, offices, retail and some residential.

* Manage and grow an established client base

* Mentor junior surveyors & support their APC

* Work closely with Directors in driving client and service growth

📝 What You'll Need

* MRICS qualified

* Experience in dilapidations & commercial real estate (office, industrial, retail, etc.)

* Experience working with Landlords and/or Tenants

* Strong leadership, client management & negotiation skills
