Elderly Care Home in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire
£18.00 per hour plus a 10% SMART objectives bonus paid quarterly

Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Residential Deputy Manager to join a fantastic elderly care home in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire.
Package for the Residential Deputy Manager but not limited to:
* £18.00 per hour plus a 10% SMART objectives bonus paid quarterly
* Full time hours

Residential Deputy Manager requirements:
* Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
* Minimum of three years’ experience in residential/nursing home setting of which at least one year must be with people living with dementia.
* Must have experience at Senior Healthcare Assistant or Team Leader level.
* Awareness of the principles of Person-Centred Care Planning.
* To ensure knowledge is gained to demonstrate a good understanding of the prevention of abuse of vulnerable adults, recognition of the signs of abuse and procedures to follow in the event of an allegation of abuse.
* Satisfactory Care Character Assessment
* Live within 30 minutes of the Home.
