Butcher/Sales Assistant
As a Butchery specialist we offer the highest quality of products and services!
We are currently looking for a Butcher/Sales Assistant to work within our Butchers In Uxbridge Road London.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in packing our meat, poultry, and game products ready for distribution to our customer base, ensuring the food safety controls in place are followed. serving customers and processing sales transactions.Also restock shelves and food counter, resolve customer queriesand complaints, and ensure that the sales floor is well-maintained.
Hours of work:
To be discussed at interview stage- however this is a full time job oppertunity
Salary:
Up to £28000 per annum depending on experience
You will be responsible for:
* Butcher of Raw Meat, Poultry & Game.
* Labelling of finished product.
* Serving customers and processing sales transactions
* Maintain a hygienic working environment by the clean as you go policy.
* Provide good and consistent communication to your superiors.
* Responsibility for the hygiene and health and safety in your work area and others.
Experience in working within a busy butchers or similar is of advantage. Full training on products, procedures and systems will be provided.
About You
You will be naturally friendly and want to get stuck in working with your team to deliver great results. You will have an enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and will deliver high standards, working accurately and efficiently. You care about delivering goods to customers ‘on time in full’ as ensuring customers have the right stock at the right time means we continue to deliver the highest standards of service
