An exciting opportunity for an experienced Factory Manager (Nights) to lead production operations at a busy seafood processing site serving the North West. This hands-on role involves overseeing a night shift team, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and driving team engagement and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

Manage night shift production, staffing, and training

Uphold HACCP and quality control standards

Promote a culture of teamwork, communication, and improvement

Monitor stock, maintain order, and implement process enhancements
