A highly regarded independent school located near Langport is looking to appoint a qualified Chemistry Teacher to join their growing Science faculty from September 2025. The school values academic curiosity and a broad, co-curricular approach to learning, making it an ideal environment for an enthusiastic educator.

The successful applicant will deliver Chemistry across Key Stages 3–5 and will be invited to contribute to enrichment such as science clubs, outreach events, or boarding duties if desired.

Experience and Qualifications

Chemistry degree and recognised teaching qualification (QTS required)

A commitment to excellent classroom practice and student development

*

ECTs supported with structured induction and mentoring

*

Willingness to contribute to broader school life and values
