An exceptional opportunity for a Chemistry ECT to begin their teaching career at a renowned independent school near Yeovil. Starting in September 2025, this role offers the chance to work with experienced colleagues, enthusiastic students, and within a school culture that prioritises creativity, care, and academic rigour.

You will teach Chemistry across KS3, GCSE, and potentially A-Level, depending on experience and interest. You’ll be supported by a designated ECT mentor and receive regular CPD opportunities.

Experience and Qualifications

Chemistry degree and QTS (or completing in 2025)

*

Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Chemistry

*

Willingness to participate in co-curricular and pastoral life

*

Right to work in the UK
