Are you a dynamic and knowledgeable Geography Teacher with a passion for exploring the diverse physical and human landscapes of our world, and inspiring young men? An Outstanding boys' secondary school in Hackney is seeking a talented, part-time permanent Geography Teacher to join their Humanities department this September. What you'll be doing:

* You'll be designing and delivering engaging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, potentially with some Key Stage 5 involvement.

* It's about fostering critical thinking, data analysis skills, and an understanding of contemporary global issues and sustainable development.

* You will contribute to the wider life of the Humanities department, perhaps assisting with fieldwork or geographical societies.

What we're looking for:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Geography.

* Proven experience teaching Geography effectively across the secondary age range.

* A deep and current understanding of the Geography curriculum and a commitment to innovative teaching methods.

* Excellent communication skills, strong classroom management, and a genuine ability to inspire a love of geographical inquiry.
