Are you an energetic and imaginative Drama Teacher capable of bringing scripts to life and igniting a passion for performance in young women? An Outstanding girls' secondary school in Barnet is seeking a fantastic full-time permanent Drama Teacher for a September start. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape the creative and performative talents of students across the school.

What you'll be doing:

* You'll be crafting and delivering engaging Drama lessons, from script analysis and improvisation to performance techniques.

* It's about creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom where every student feels empowered to explore characters, develop stage presence, and collaborate effectively.

* You'll contribute to the wider life of the Drama department, perhaps assisting with school productions or extracurricular drama clubs.

What we're looking for:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Drama.

* Experience teaching engaging and effective Drama lessons at Key Stages 3, 4, and ideally 5.

* A deep and current understanding of Drama pedagogy, plus the ability to inspire confidence and creativity in performance.

* Excellent communication skills, strong classroom management, and a knack for directing and motivating young performers.
