The Role

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a high-performing English department.

* Develop and deliver a challenging and engaging curriculum across Key Stages 3-5.

* Support and mentor English teachers, fostering a collaborative and innovative teaching culture.

* Promote literacy and analytical skills through high-quality teaching and learning strategies.

* Organize and oversee extracurricular activities, including literary clubs, debate teams, and creative writing initiatives.

* Ensure strong academic outcomes through rigorous assessment and continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For:
