What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the department, you will:

Teach Chemistry across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, using your subject expertise to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons.

Inspire curiosity and achievement, helping students develop a deep understanding of scientific concepts and a genuine enthusiasm for Chemistry.

Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content is current, challenging, and accessible to all learners.

Lead and support enrichment opportunities, such as science clubs, competitions, or fieldwork activities.

*

Support and mentor colleagues, contributing to a strong culture of sharing best practice within the department.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from experienced Chemistry Teachers who:

✔️ Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching Chemistry to GCSE and A-Level.
✔️ Demonstrate a strong track record of student progress and classroom success.
✔️ Are committed to inclusive, high-quality teaching and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
✔️ Have excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Chemistry that comes through in your teaching.
✔️ Are reflective, adaptable, and committed to ongoing professional development.
