We are looking for a Head of Chemistry to lead a successful department at a prestigious independent boarding school near Wilton.

An independent boarding school near Wilton is recruiting a Head of Chemistry to lead a dedicated team in delivering Chemistry education at all key stages. This is a full-time, permanent role starting in September 2025.

The successful candidate will develop curriculum innovation, lead STEM engagement, and foster a culture of academic excellence.

Experience and Qualifications

Proven leadership in Chemistry education

*

QTS with Chemistry specialism

*

Strong communication and team-building skills

*

Experience with pastoral care and boarding desirable

*

Eligibility to work in the UK
