The design agency are seeking a bid manager to support the design teams and work closely with the partners for new business opportunities

Client Details

The company are based in East London and are architects, landscape architects, planners, masterplanners, interior designers, graphic designers, illustrators

Description

Oversee the entire bid/tender process

Lead and coordinate bid launches, review and briefing meetings with our design teams.

Manage bid teams, ensuring seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders

Monitor and distribute tender opportunities

Collaborate with project leads to develop clear, compelling win strategies for each bid

Manage online procurement portal

Ensure all internal quality reviews and compliance checks

Ensure bids submitted are compliant and commercially sound

Profile

* Relevant Degree or other education/training certificate.

* Extensive experience in a bid-related role, ideally within a mid-to-large-scale architectural design studio.

* Experience in developing bid strategies, including pricing and resource allocation.

* Expert in bid management and creative writing for bids.

* Experience in managing the full bid process from decision to outcome.

* Experience in leading coordinated bid campaigns.
