About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our dynamic delivery team, supporting minor capital works across various clean and wastewater treatment facilities. This is a key role in the successful execution of electrical projects within the water sector, ensuring technical quality, budget compliance, and safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the electrical elements of minor works projects within operational water and wastewater sites.

Provide technical input during design, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.

*

Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure works are delivered on time and within scope.

*

Conduct site surveys and ensure all electrical installations comply with industry standards and health and safety regulations.

*

Support project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and as-built drawings.

*

Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to quality and safety procedures.

Requirements:

*

Degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

*

Proven experience working in the UK water industry (clean or wastewater).

*

Experience delivering minor works or small capital projects (typically <£1m value).

*

Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

*

ECS/CSCS card and full UK driving licence
