Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Basingstoke (Hybrid)
Salary: £38,000 – £43,000 Bonus

Our client, a highly respected organisation within the electronics manufacturing industry, is looking to appoint an experienced Internal Sales Executive to support their growing internal sales function. Role Summary

The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for internal sales communications, working with both existing and potential clients. They will ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally, while supporting wider sales goals and growth strategies. The role involves managing inbound enquiries, generating quotes, following up on opportunities, and contributing to a high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities for the Internal Sales Executive:

Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring prompt and effective support
Handle quotes, order processing, and follow-ups in a timely and accurate manner
Proactively reach out to customers and prospects to drive engagement and identify opportunities
Collaborate with external sales colleagues to prepare for business reviews and customer meetings
Monitor customer feedback and competitor activity to feed into the wider sales strategy
Maintain clear communication with relevant departments to ensure service delivery excellence
Attend trade events and occasional overseas meetings as requiredPerformance Indicators as an Internal Sales Executive

Timely and accurate handling of quotes and enquiries
Positive sales contribution through repeat business and customer growth
Maintenance and expansion of active client accountsWithin this role as an Internal Sales Executive you would need:

Essential: Experience in a proactive sales support or customer service environment
Essential: Knowledge of or exposure to the electronics manufacturing industry
