Contract Kitchen Designer

Is this role for you?
It is office based, and working Monday - Friday only.
You will be responsible for producing designs and estimates from developers' briefs and architects' drawings.

They need someone with kitchen design and estimating experience.
Someone who has the ability to to translate a brief, and design aspirational, inspiring, creative designs from scratch.

Other things they ask for are:
Must be very spatially aware to develop designs from housebuilder set briefs.
Ability to work/transfer from scaled drawings
Ability to use a CAD system, either through certification or experience.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc) or similar.
Must possess ability to work accurately on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
Ability to understand and interpret instructions essential.
Must be able to work effectively and play a full part in a team

What about the package?
The starting Salary is fixed at £29,000. Plus there is £8,000 bonus on top (£2k per quarter), based on team performance. So far this year the contracts division is well ahead of target.
